FONT-SIZE: 12pt; mso-ansi-language: IT; mso-fareast-language: ES-EC\"><FONT color=\"#000000\">L\u2019art. 1 \u2013 comma 323 della legge 23 dicembre 2014, n. 190 (pubblicata nella Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 300 del 29 dicembre 2014 ed entrata in vigore il 1\u00b0 gennaio 2015) ha disposto il rinvio al 17 aprile 2015 delle elezioni per il rinnovo dei Comites, gi\u00e0 indette per il 19 dicembre 2014, e la proroga al 18 marzo 2015 del termine utile per fare pervenire agli Uffici consolari la richiesta di iscrizione all\u2019elenco elettorale per l\u2019esercizio del diritto di voto per le elezioni dei Comites.<B><SPAN style=\"mso-font-kerning: 18.0pt\"><?xml:namespace prefix = \"o\" ns = \"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office\" \/><o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/B><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/P><br \/>\n<P style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify; mso-ansi-language: IT; mso-fareast-language: ES-EC\"><FONT color=\"#000000\">I COMITES sono organi elettivi che rappresentano le esigenze dei cittadini italiani residenti all&#8217;estero nei rapporti con gli Uffici consolari, con i quali collaborano per individuare le necessit\u00e0 di natura sociale, culturale e civile della collettivit\u00e0 italiana.<o:p><\/o:p><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/LI><br \/>\n<LI style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify; LINE-HEIGHT: normal; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list 36.0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><SPAN style=\"mso-bookmark: _GoBack\"><SPAN style=\"FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'; FONT-SIZE: 12pt; mso-ansi-language: IT; mso-fareast-language: ES-EC\"><FONT color=\"#000000\">I COMITES, in collaborazione, oltre che con le Autorit\u00e0 consolari, anche con le Regioni e le autonomie locali nonch\u00e9 con Enti e Associazioni operanti nella circoscrizione consolare, promuovono, nell&#8217;interesse della collettivit\u00e0 italiana residente nella circoscrizione, tutte quelle iniziative ritenute opportune in materia di vita sociale e culturale, assistenza sociale e scolastica, formazione professionale, settore ricreativo e tempo libero.<o:p><\/o:p><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/LI><br \/>\n<LI style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify; LINE-HEIGHT: normal; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list 36.0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><SPAN style=\"mso-bookmark: _GoBack\"><SPAN style=\"FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'; FONT-SIZE: 12pt; mso-ansi-language: IT; mso-fareast-language: ES-EC\"><FONT color=\"#000000\">I COMITES, previa intesa con le Autorit\u00e0 consolari, possono rappresentare le istanze della collettivit\u00e0 italiana residente nella circoscrizione alle Autorit\u00e0 e alle Istituzioni locali.<o:p><\/o:p><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/LI><br \/>\n<LI style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify; mso-ansi-language: IT; mso-fareast-language: ES-EC\"><FONT color=\"#000000\">I COMITES sono composti da 12 membri, per le collettivit\u00e0 fino a 100.000 cittadini italiani residenti nella circoscrizione, o da 18 membri, per le collettivit\u00e0 composte da pi\u00f9 di 100.000 cittadini italiani residenti.<o:p><\/o:p><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/LI><br \/>\n<LI style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify; mso-ansi-language: IT; mso-fareast-language: ES-EC\"><FONT color=\"#000000\">Il cittadino esprime il proprio voto, seguendo le istruzioni fornite, quindi <B>restituisce per posta<\/B> al proprio <st1:PersonName w:st=\"on\" ProductID=\"Ufficio consolare\">Ufficio consolare<\/st1:PersonName> la scheda utilizzando la busta gi\u00e0 affrancata contenuta nel plico elettorale. La busta deve essere inviata <B>al pi\u00f9 presto possibile<\/B> in modo da giungere a destinazione <B>non oltre le ore 24 del 17 APRILE 2015. <\/B><o:p><\/o:p><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/LI><\/UL><br \/>\n<P style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify;
