{"id":6631,"date":"2026-01-15T12:44:28","date_gmt":"2026-01-15T17:44:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ambquito.esteri.it\/?p=6631"},"modified":"2026-02-12T09:03:24","modified_gmt":"2026-02-12T14:03:24","slug":"referendum-costituzionale-confermativo-22-23-marzo-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ambquito.esteri.it\/es\/news\/dall_ambasciata\/2026\/01\/referendum-costituzionale-confermativo-22-23-marzo-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Refer\u00e9ndum Constitucional Confirmativo 22-23 de marzo 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>VOTO POR CORREO PARA CIUDADANOS ITALIANOS EN EL EXTRANJERO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con Decreto del Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica de 13\/01\/2026, publicado en el Diario Oficial del 14\/01\/2026, se fij\u00f3 para el <strong>22 y 23 de MARZO de 2026 <\/strong>la fecha de los refer\u00e9ndum ex art. 138 de la Constituci\u00f3n para modificar algunos art\u00edculos de la Constituci\u00f3n (\u00abReforma de la Justicia\u00bb).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se recuerda que el <strong>VOTO es un DERECHO<\/strong> protegido por la Constituci\u00f3n Italiana y que, de conformidad con la Ley del 27 de diciembre de 2001, n. 459, los ciudadanos italianos residentes o temporaneamente en el extranjero, inscritos en las listas electorales, pueden <strong>VOTAR POR CORREO<\/strong>, recibiendo el sobre electoral en su direcci\u00f3n de residencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Para tal efecto, se recomienda verificar y regularizar sus datos personales y domicilio en la Oficina Consular competente (se recuerda que seg\u00fan la Ley los sobres electorales deben ser enviado casi un mes antes de la fecha de las votaciones en Italia), utilizando preferiblemente el portal de servicios consulares en l\u00ednea <a href=\"https:\/\/serviziconsolari.esteri.it\/ScoFE\/index.sco\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fast It<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>OPCI\u00d3N PARA VOTAR EN ITALIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como alternativa al voto por correspondencia, <strong>los electores inscritos en A.I.R.E.<\/strong><strong> pueden ELEGIR VOTAR EN ITALIA EN SU MUNICIPIO DE REGISTRO ELECTORAL, comunicando por escrito su elecci\u00f3n (OPCI\u00d3N) al Consulado a m\u00e1s tardar hasta el 10\u00ba (d\u00e9cimo) d\u00eda siguiente del anuncio de las votaciones. <\/strong>La elecci\u00f3n (opci\u00f3n) de votar en Italia es v\u00e1lida s\u00f3lo para el refer\u00e9ndum en el que se expresa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La opci\u00f3n<\/strong> <strong>DEBE <\/strong><strong>LLEGAR<\/strong><strong> a la Oficina Consular A M\u00c1S TARDAR DIEZ D\u00cdAS DESPU\u00c9S DEL D\u00cdA DE LA CONVOCATORIA A VOTACI\u00d3N, QUIERE DECIR HASTA EL 24\/01\/2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>M\u00c1S INFORMACI\u00d3N:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"aEf7vupYe9\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/ambquito.esteri.it\/es\/servizi-consolari-e-visti\/servizi-per-il-cittadino-italiano\/servizi-elettorali\/830-2\/referendum-abrogatorio-8-9-de-junio-2025\/\">Refer\u00e9ndum Constitucional Confirmativo 22-23 de marzo 2026<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute;
