y la pr\u00f3rroga al 18 de marzo de 2015 del plazo \u00fatil para hacer llegar a las Oficinas consolares la solicitud de inscripci\u00f3n en la lista electoral para el ejercicio del derecho al voto para las elecciones de los COMITES.<?xml:namespace prefix = \"o\" ns = \"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office\" \/><o:p><\/o:p><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/P><P style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><SPAN style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-EC\" lang=\"ES-EC\"><o:p><FONT color=\"#000000\" size=\"3\" face=\"Times New Roman\">\u00a0<\/FONT><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P><br \/>\n<P style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><B style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\"><SPAN style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-EC\" lang=\"ES-EC\"><FONT color=\"#000000\"><FONT size=\"3\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\">Qu\u00e9 son los COMITES? <o:p><\/o:p><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/B><\/P><br \/>\n<P style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><B style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\"><SPAN style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-EC\" lang=\"ES-EC\"><o:p><FONT color=\"#000000\" size=\"3\" face=\"Times New Roman\">\u00a0<\/FONT><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/B><\/P><br \/>\n<UL style=\"MARGIN-TOP: 0cm\" type=\"disc\"><br \/>\n<LI style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list 36.0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><SPAN style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-EC\" lang=\"ES-EC\"><FONT color=\"#000000\"><FONT size=\"3\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\">Los COMITES son \u00f3rganos electivos que representan las exigencias de los ciudadanos italianos residentes en el exterior en su relaci\u00f3n con las Oficinas consulares, con las cuales colaboran para identificar las necesidades de naturaleza social, cultural y civil de la colectividad italiana.<o:p><\/o:p><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/LI><br \/>\n<LI style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list 36.0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><SPAN style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-EC\" lang=\"ES-EC\"><FONT color=\"#000000\"><FONT size=\"3\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\">Los COMITES, en colaboraci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de con las Autoridades consulares, tambi\u00e9n con las Regiones y las autonom\u00edas locales as\u00ed como con Entes, Asociaciones operantes en la circunscripci\u00f3n consular, promueven, en el inter\u00e9s de la colectividad italiana residente en la circunscripci\u00f3n, todas aquellas iniciativas consideradas oportunas en materia de vida social y cultural, asistencia social y educativa, formaci\u00f3n profesional, sector recreativo y tiempo libre.<o:p><\/o:p><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/LI><br \/>\n<LI style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list 36.0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><SPAN style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-EC\" lang=\"ES-EC\"><FONT color=\"#000000\"><FONT size=\"3\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\">Los COMITES, previo acuerdo con las Autoridades consulares, pueden representar las instancias de la colectividad italiana residente en la circunscripci\u00f3n ante las Autoridades y las Instituciones locales.<o:p><\/o:p><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/LI><br \/>\n<LI style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list 36.0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><SPAN style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-EC\" lang=\"ES-EC\"><FONT color=\"#000000\"><FONT size=\"3\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\">Los COMITES est\u00e1n compuestos de 12 miembros, para las colectividades de hasta 100.000 ciudadanos italianos residentes en la circunscripci\u00f3n, o de 18 miembros, para las colectividades compuestas de m\u00e1s de 100.000 ciudadanos italianos residentes.<o:p><\/o:p><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/LI><br \/>\n<LI style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list 36.0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><SPAN style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-EC\" lang=\"ES-EC\"><FONT color=\"#000000\"><FONT size=\"3\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\">Los miembros de los COMITES quedan a cargo cinco a\u00f1os y no reciben remuneraci\u00f3n por su actividad.<o:p><\/o:p><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/LI><\/UL><br \/>\n<P style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><SPAN style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-EC\" lang=\"ES-EC\"><o:p><FONT color=\"#000000\" size=\"3\" face=\"Times New Roman\">\u00a0<\/FONT><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P><br \/>\n<P style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><B style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\"><SPAN style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-EC\" lang=\"ES-EC\"><FONT color=\"#000000\"><FONT size=\"3\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\">Por qui\u00e9n se vota?<o:p><\/o:p><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/B><\/P><br \/>\n<P style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><SPAN style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-EC\" lang=\"ES-EC\"><o:p><FONT color=\"#000000\" size=\"3\" face=\"Times New Roman\">\u00a0<\/FONT><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P><br \/>\n<P style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><B style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\"><SPAN style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-EC\" lang=\"ES-EC\"><FONT color=\"#000000\"><FONT size=\"3\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\">C\u00f3mo se vota?<o:p><\/o:p><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/B><\/P><br \/>\n<P style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><SPAN style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-EC\" lang=\"ES-EC\"><o:p><FONT color=\"#000000\" size=\"3\" face=\"Times New Roman\">\u00a0<\/FONT><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P><br \/>\n<UL style=\"MARGIN-TOP: 0cm\" type=\"disc\"><br \/>\n<LI style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list 36.0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><FONT color=\"#000000\"><FONT size=\"3\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\"><B style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\"><SPAN style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-EC\" lang=\"ES-EC\">Los ciudadanos italianos mayores de edad<\/SPAN><\/B><SPAN style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-EC\" lang=\"ES-EC\"> residentes en el exterior, inscritos en el padr\u00f3n electoral y residentes por al menos 6 meses en la circunscripci\u00f3n consular, <B style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\">votan por correspondencia<\/B>, siempre que hayan hecho llegar \u2013<B style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\">hasta el 18 de marzo de 2015<\/B>&#8211; a la Oficina consular de referencia, la respectiva solicitud. <o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/LI><br \/>\n<LI style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list 36.0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><SPAN style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-EC\" lang=\"ES-EC\"><FONT color=\"#000000\"><FONT size=\"3\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\">La Oficina consular competente, hasta el d\u00eda n\u00famero 20 antes de la fecha del voto <B style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\">enviar\u00e1 a cada elector<\/B>, que haya presentado la solicitud de admisi\u00f3n al voto, <B style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\">un paquete que contiene el material electoral y una documento informativo que ilustra las modalidades de voto.<o:p><\/o:p><\/B><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/LI><br \/>\n<LI style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list 36.0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><SPAN style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-EC\" lang=\"ES-EC\"><FONT color=\"#000000\"><FONT size=\"3\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\">El ciudadano expresa su propio voto, siguiendo las instrucciones proporcionadas, entonces <B style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\">restituye por correo<\/B> a la Oficina consular correspondiente, la papeleta utilizando el sobre sellado que encontrar\u00e1 en el paquete electoral. El sobre debe ser enviado a la mayor brevedad posible en modo que arribe a su destino <B style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\">no m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las 24 horas del 17 de abril de 2015.<o:p><\/o:p><\/B><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/LI><\/UL><br \/>\n<P style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify;
