Se pondr\u00e1 en l\u00ednea un nuevo portal, Prenot@Mi, disponible en <a href=\"https:\/\/prenotami.esteri.it\">https:\/\/prenotami.esteri.it<\/a> , para el registro y elecci\u00f3n del Consulado de referencia y posterior reserva de citas para servicios consulares. Por lo tanto, solo ser\u00e1 posible reservar citas en el nuevo portal a partir de la primera fecha disponible establecida por la Sede. Las citas ya reservadas en el portal actual Prenota Online (POL) se mantendr\u00e1n en todo caso v\u00e1lidas y ser\u00e1n atendidas la oficina de consular correspondientes. El nuevo portal sustituir\u00e1 progresivamente al actual portal Prenota Online (POL), que permanecer\u00e1 activo hasta que se agoten todas las citas ya programadas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El portal Prenot@Mi ofrece algunas caracter\u00edsticas innovadoras. Se ha aumentado la seguridad de la aplicaci\u00f3n y se introducir\u00e1n sistemas de autenticaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s robustos para determinar la autenticidad del usuario. La nueva interfaz gr\u00e1fica, m\u00e1s simple, m\u00e1s intuitiva y f\u00e1cil de usar, tambi\u00e9n tiene como objetivo simplificar el enfoque del usuario durante el registro y la reserva. El portal tambi\u00e9n introduce un sistema de gesti\u00f3n de listas de espera, para no perder la prioridad adquirida en el momento de la reserva y dar retroalimentaci\u00f3n al usuario incluso en ausencia moment\u00e1nea de citas. El usuario puede, ya durante la fase de reserva, subir al portal los documentos necesarios para la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio reservado, reduciendo as\u00ed los tiempos de tramitaci\u00f3n en mostrador el d\u00eda de la cita.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"A partir del 14 de junio p.v.
